We are delighted to share that we have recently ran an online, interactive change simulation workshop hosted by Hapag-Lloyd and attended by Learning & Development professionals from 10 different companies.
Facilitated by our own change experts Ian Sturgess and Fiona Higginson, Learning & Development professionals from different organisations learned about the human side of change and shared their own change experiences with each other.
The workshop was an opportunity for participants to collaborate with and learn from peers in other companies to better understand how change impacts their stakeholders, business and organisation.
To help them do this, we used the change simulation software ActeeChange, with Leif Sorenson, CEO at Actee present to answer any specific questions about how the online game simulates real-life change challenges. Built around leading theories of change and transformation, the workshop focused on identifying resistance to change, understanding motivation and needs of others, and communicating with different stakeholders for buy-in and collaboration.
Feedback following the event proves that our unique approach to change and transformation was well regarded, and that L&D professionals found the session informative and inspiring.
