Bitesize – Introducing our new website

Welcome to Bite Size – our bi-monthly blog where we explore a topic in bite size form – short, sharp and easy to digest.

If this is not the first time you read one of our publications, then you probably know already who we are:  a global leadership and change consultancy focusing on creating now what leaders need next and helping you lead virtually from anywhere. However, our focus shifted during the lockdown period and nowhere is this more evident than when you look at our new website.

Covid-19 and the ensuing lockdown pushed us, as it did with many others, out of our comfort zone. No longer could we rely on delivering our training programmes face-to-face. Instead, we had to rapidly adopt a remote-first approach and promote our virtual format.

This change brought new opportunities as suddenly we had to reassess the programmes we were offering exclusively face-to-face. From this process, we introduced new topics which were more appropriate for virtual training than face-to-face, such as in “Remote First – How to stay versatile in a virtual environment”. We adapted some programmes to fit a virtual environment and made adjustments to existing virtual trainings to make them more relevant than ever before.

As we started adopting this new approach, we felt our website needed a facelift to better reflect our new modular and versatile focus. Our underlying approach towards leadership and change remains embedded in the bedrock of what we do and abides by the same high-quality standards as always. We have simply reformulated our message and presented our offerings in a different way so that you as the user can easily find what you’re looking for, be it an on-site Change Leadership training or a digital Change management course.

So, we really do practice what we preach when it comes to change.

Sometimes change is pushed on us with little or almost no warning and it is important to be able to visualise strengths, challenges, lessons learned, blocking points and windows of opportunity and how they impact those around us: we bring you this new website as living proof that we practice what we preach.

We hope you like it!
