A former Royal Navy Officer, he was a founder member of the UK Armed Forces Psychological Operations Unit, creating change in highly complex and challenging environments.
In his business career, Simon led an organisation-wide transformation programme to improve sustainability, leadership and performance at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
He oversaw the successful introduction of a coaching-based organisation design and circular business model into a manufacturing company. Simon has also acted as interim CEO in two growing businesses, successfully managing one through the challenges of the pandemic.
A Master Practitioner in NLP and Attitude Change Technology and a qualified leadership coach, he holds qualifications in enterprise risk, project and transformation programme management, and is a Fellow of the Institute for Leadership and the Association for Coaching.
Simon has BSc in Systems Science and Business, a Masters with Distinction in Education, Leadership and Change, and a postgraduate qualification in Leadership for Sustainability.
