Claudia Schmitz has solid experience in corporate communications, strategic thinking and finance business language. Claudia is specialized in facilitation of international groups regarding new challenges, change projects and complex projects. Visual facilitation as well as business board games are her tools to be more real, emotional and motivating.
Her passion is “Gemba” –go and see. It is the place of action, the moment of decision making and the AHA-feeling.
Claudia loves good theories but is too much an entrepreneur and did not continue her academic path. For decades she is active in NGO work and served several years as International President of EWMD – a women management network.
