Carla is a Senior Consultant and Trainer at Change, Leadership & Partners. She delivers leadership development programs for senior executives all around the world. She has held positions as Human Resources Senior Executive and Management Board member in global companies and has led people in Americas, Europe and Asia.
She is passionate about inspiring better leadership, so that leaders can build better businesses – and eventually a better world. She builds on her vast leadership experience and understanding of organisational dynamics when inspiring, coaching and developing leaders.
She holds a MSc in Business Administration and HR, post-graduate from INSEAD in Strategy and is a certified psychotherapist.
Carla was born in Denmark and grew up in Tunisia. She enjoys swimming, music and visiting her family in Hawaii.
