Having coached everyone from graduates to chief executives, Bob challenges leaders to embrace new ways of thinking and behaving. He specialises in working with high-potential leaders, as well as those making the transition from a specific discipline to a leadership role or into the C-suite.
As well as coaching individuals, Bob supports whole teams to bring their purpose and vision to life. He draws on his experience leading teams of up to 300 people to deliver multi-million-pound projects. His corporate leadership roles have spanned various sectors including humanitarian, transport, logistics, IT, finance, health as well as luxury goods organisations.
A gifted public speaker, Bob is renowned by audiences around the world for his captivating and humorous style. He has spoken on TV and radio, as well as at major conferences and in corporate settings.
Alongside coaching clients himself, Bob trains and assesses other coaches. He is the creator of the Forton Leadership Coaching model, the first leadership coaching model to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation, in 2004.
Bob is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and is qualified to British Psychological Society levels A and B in psychometric testing and feedback. He also serves as a non-executive director for Engage for Success, promoting employee engagement as a more productive and cost-effective way to work.
