Sustaining Change – Virtual Change Workshop

Simulating your corporate change and know how to support your it.

Simulate your own change case or situation and be able to anticipate stakeholders’ resistance levels to derive actions and measures.

1. Participants will be using the logic of ActeeChange to simulate their own change case/situation. 

 2. Participants will learn, discuss and simulate: 

  • Stakeholders (stakeholder analysis)
  • Resistance levels
  • Change status-quo and gaps
  • Change future state and possible actions and interventions
  • Communication

Who is it for?

Teams, leaders, managers and all employees who have basic knowledge or experience of change management that need to know how to support their own change. 

Structure of course

We will set-up a tech-check for half an hour prior to your workshop to ensure that participants are able to use the technology selected. This will be followed by a 3.5 hr workshop where participants will make use of various change tools, simulate their own change case with decisions and possible actions, gain immediate feedback on change dynamics and derive concrete actions. The session will also be facilitated with a virtual producer, and an interactive e-learning guide will be provided to participants to further their understanding and provide access to the various change tools used within the session.


This change management workshop is available as a ready-made product to help you react quickly and effectively to changing market demands. We will of course, customise it for your specific needs and our ready-made courses such as this can also be combined with others to create an effective pathway to achieve your desired results, or we can create an entirely bespoke programme specific to your organisations’ requirements and needs. Changes to training design will incur an additional charge of €300/hr (£250/hr).

We deliver our virtual courses on several online collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Google Meet, you can select the one that fits best with your team and organisation. We also deliver our courses face-to-face if preferred.

We offer our courses in English and German, as well as a range of other languages such as Spanish, French, Mandarin etc.
