We are hiring! – Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

Full-time position, virtual working offered with minimum 50% of time in office required

Salary range (depending on experience): 27,000-29,000 GBP annually, plus performance based quarterly bonus

 Digital Marketing (50% of your time)

  • Content marketing: LinkedIn, Twitter and Website – including post planning, briefing copywriter and posting
  • Email marketing: conduct mailing campaigns to get the right content to the right person (Mailchimp)
  • Keep website up to date and in line with strategic direction (WordPress) and working hand in hand with developers
  • Monitor website and suggest improvements based on Google Analytics to generate more traffic
  • Grow follower base and engagement – among our target population – primarily on LinkedIn
  • Push SEO efforts

 Sales (50% of your time)

  • Close collaboration with Head of Operations, CEO and Director to define Sales Strategy and Action plan
  • Identify, approach and expand on existing/new markets
  • Generate Leads and monitor lead funnel (Sales Navigator)
  • Monthly, tracked reporting to Head of Operations and CEO: social media and business development KPIs, including next steps
  • Set sales objectives for existing and new products
  • Implement sales efforts (calls/social media/emails) and follow up, by developing field sales action plans
  • Win and secure new clients

Required skills

  •  Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar Sales and Marketing role.
  •  Proficient PC skills, including knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365
  •  Extremely comfortable with Sales Navigator, Google Analytics and WordPress (basic HTML is preferred). Experience with Mailchimp also a plus
  •  Fluency in English, good knowledge of German definitely a plus

  •  Base salary of 27,000-29,000 GBP annually with negotiable performance-based quarterly bonus based on newly acquired clients and turnover

  •  You will be working very closely and reporting to our Head of Operations Ms Chiara Consoli before her maternity leave starting on Feb 2021, then our CEO Dr Marcus Gottschalk will be your direct report during this time. You will be fully onboarded beforehand and given all the necessary information to continue working on the different marketing and sales activities independently for these months. You and Ms Consoli will resume working together as a team after her maternity leave and some of the marketing activities will be shared again between the two of you
