Neel is a Management Consultant and Executive Coach with over 18 years’ experience of working globally with Executive leaders and their teams to solve problems at the intersection of strategy, change and leadership.
Neel spent his childhood growing up between the UK and Switzerland. He started his career in Finance working for Goldman Sachs and Unilever before moving to KPMG where he was a Director in the Management Consulting function and then BP where he was a member of the Executive team for the internal consulting function. He has worked on shaping and delivering a variety of initiatives covering Strategy, Capability Development, Target Operating Model, Cost Optimisation and Post Merger Integration. He has worked globally across a number of countries including the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Angola, South Africa, India, China, Brazil, USA, Canada, Japan, Spain, Italy and France.
Neel has a 1st class degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, is an EMCC accredited coach and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a School Governor.
