Prime Time is a succinct 30-minute Zoom call, where you and a CLP leadership specialist can connect and exchange on a 1:1 basis. We focus Prime Time on three main topics: Leadership Development, Change Management and Virtual Learning that rotate on a monthly basis.
Some of the questions we seek to answer this month are about Change:
- How to implement change in a transparent and collaborative way?
- How to communicate change?
- How to win over stakeholders?
- How to deal with resistance?
Prime Time is a recurring event every Thursday of the month 10.30-11.00 CET.
We believe that we learn through different channels and ways. One effective way of learning is an honest and personal 1:1 conversation. Not a coaching or teaching but an exchange and sharing of approaches and views. We set the duration of Prime Time to a succinct 30 minutes.
And mostly, there is a follow up. We at CLP believe that business is personal.
