We started in 2018 to offer free of charge Change Leadership and Workplace Learning workshops for leaders and organisations who deal with change. The aim was to introduce this unique way on how to sustain change and transformation to new clients.

Change Leadership and Workplace Learning is unique in its nature and based on a win-win idea. You win, as we would run with you and selected leaders of your organisation a one day change workshop, free of charge. On the first half of the day, until lunch, we will invite external (and non-competing) leaders and change specialists from other companies, so that we (external guest and your internal leaders) can experience together this unique change approach and the introduced online/offline simulation. This gives you the opportunity to mingle and network with other professionals while presenting your department and organisation. The second half of this day will be run without external guests and with internal leaders only.

Here, your leaders will have the chance to simulate decisions and stakeholder’s reactions using real live business examples and cases. Of course, there is also something in it for CLP. We will deliver this day free of charge and in return we will have the chance to introduce our service to your leaders and various external and potential clients. Mostly, after this workshop, we build the trust to be invited to explore other opportunities.

Additional details

Change Leadership and Workplace Learning attracts HR/OD and Change specialists from various organisations who are open-minded and curious about how change can be made transparent. We welcome participants from companies such as: Aldi Süd, Bridgestone, Lanxess, Bonprix, Hapag-Lloyd, barclaycard, Genua, Jungheinrich, TÜV Rheinland, Mondi, Telekom, Coca Cola etc.
