Why Behavioural Change Training?

Change is traditionally initiated at the top of the organisation and communicated down the hierarchical ladder. Behavioural Change, or so called bottom-up change, is a complementary initiative to traditional change management that focuses on small but powerful behaviour changes throughout the organisation. Behavioural Change works bottom-up, using the power of social movements to create “cultural” change.

The objective of this training is to explore the nature of behaviours in change management to broaden leaders change management repertoire from top-down to bottom up. Furthermore, participants will have the chance to study and simulate change management dynamics and how to best ignite a behavioural change initiative.

The training starts with behaviours and the immunity to change, shift or re-learn patterns. With the help of a change simulation we will explore the mechanisms and difference of top down and bottom up change dynamics. Together, we will work on the participants own change case or project to discuss the necessary steps for behaviour change.
