Tim is a British and based in Germany from where he provides training, coaching and consultancy services to a number of globally-operating clients. Within this professional scope, his passions are cross-cultural management and global leadership, diversity and inclusion implementation and developing team effectiveness, especially in virtual environments.
Tim has both his bachelor’s and master’s from the University of Keele in the UK and later studied intercultural management at the University of Cambridge. He is also qualified in fifteen different psychometric instruments. He completed coaching training with the Coaches Training Institute, Team Coaching International and the Behavioral Coaching Institute. He has travelled and worked all over the world.
