Context:

CLP is an Allianz SE learning partner enabling leaders to deal with change in uncertain business eras. CLP provides a series of workshops to meet the following learning objectives:

  • Appreciate the strategic needs for change at Allianz SE
  • Learn to define a case for change, communicate change and encourage others in change
  • Appreciate individual and organisational responses to change and build skills to manage these responses
  • Learn to manage stakeholders and cross boundaries to introduce andovercome resistance to change
  • Encourage teams to resolve change issues through collaboration
  • Gain insights to assist teams in implementing their own change plans

Outcome:

CLP sustained leaders at Allianz AGCS in Berlin and London during their change journey by designing and facilitating a highly customised change programme. The programme has been highly impactful for participants dealing with organisational change and an uncertain business environment on a day-to-day basis.
