The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and abilities:
- Academic background including additional formal training in change management or organization development, evidence of ongoing professional development, credentials in areas of expertise and participation in professional organizations
- Knowledge and strong skills in workshop design, facilitation, and adult learning principles
- Minimum of 10 years cumulative professional experience working and/or consulting in large, complex organizations
- Successful track record negotiating with diverse organizational stakeholders and gaining support for projects
- Strong project management skills and a (beginning) track record in business development/project sales
- Entrepreneurial and global mind-set – lived at least 5 years outside of country of origin and demonstrates cultural competence when working with clients of different ethnicities and/or cultural backgrounds
- Fluent in at least 2 languages, orally and in writing
- Excellent communication skills including presentation
- Strong team player
