A native German, Susanne has been a trainer, coach and consultant for globally-active clients and conglomerates for over 20 years. Based in New York and Munich, she manages her international trainer team of 12 across distance.
She has had numerous articles and essays published and recently won the IIR MUWIT Award 2009 for the most successful German personnel and development concept. Susanne completed her “Magister Artium” M.A.phil in philosophy and cultural studies in 1986 in Munich, followed by an assistant professorship while working simultaneously at Digital Equipment, before founding her company CULTURE CONTACT in 1990. From lectures, workshops and training to remote management simulations and high potential programs, Susanne’s focus is on collaborating with her international clients to develop strategic solutions for managing the ever-changing challenges of a globalized world with all the resulting implications for organizational and corporate culture as well as management. She is a lecturer of intercultural business studies at various universities.
