Stefanie is an internationally experienced expert in the field of online communications and web strategy. A pioneer in the field of straightforward consulting for clear, clever and easy-to-manage websites, she mainly supports trainers, coaches, consultants and small businesses to professionally manage their online activities.

Stefanie has a marketing and business administration background and has gained international project management and leadership experience in Europe, the US and Latin America  working for the Bayer Group. In 2009, she decided to leave the corporate world to follow her interest in communications, personnel development and team processes in a more independent and hands-on way. She founded her company Cutwater and is building up training and coaching expertise next to her web consultancy business. In her personality she combines the organizing ability of a working mom, the pragmatism of an experienced project manager and the leadership skills of a successful department head and independent entrepreneur. Having circumnavigated the globe in a sailboat, she has a strong passion for diverse cultures and people and is a very open-minded character. She speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
