Stefanie is an internationally experienced facilitator, trainer and consultant. She focuses on collaboration & networking, workshop conceptualization and event design and is also very experienced in web & social media topics. She has a marketing and business administration background and has gained international project management and leadership experience in Europe, the US and Latin America working for the Bayer group for 15 years, before starting her own business in 2009.
Having circumnavigated the world as crew member on a 20-feet sailing yacht, she always likes to look for a fresh breeze: in communication, in interaction, in facilitation and moderation and also in day to day business life. In her personality she combines the organizing ability of a working mom, the pragmatism of an experienced project manager and the leadership skills of a successful department head and independent entrepreneur. Having lived, worked and travelled around the globe, she has a strong passion for diverse cultures and people and is a very open-minded character. She speaks German, English, French and Spanish.
