Robert has ten years of Management and Business consultancy experience in High Professional Service Organizations as well as Non Profit organizations (particularly hospitals).
His projects have accounted for business strategy, High Performance Organization, cultural change and leadership. He has worked with executives at AachenMünchener, AXA, Central, Deutsche Telekom, Generali, Lufthansa, T-Systems and Zurich. Robert began his career in the insurance industry as inhouse consultant at Axa, Germany and project leader at Generali, Germany. His interest in sustainable competitive advantages and the implementation of new organizational approaches was the reason for him to become an independent management consultant in 2005. Together with colleagues he has defined a pragmatic and very effective approach of High Performance Organizations. Robert holds a master’s degree in business administration and received a doctor’s degree at the University of Hagen. He works in German and English.
