Pascale has now been counseling, coaching and training executives for over a decade. She is passionate about working with groups and individuals in large and medium-sized companies, be it in retail or in manufacturing.
She worked last year with customers such as Aareal Bank, Daimler, Deutsche Bank, RWE, Deutsche Telekom, Thyssen Krupp Nirosta. Pascale was a manager in the apparel retail business for six years, during which she led a top branded fashion store with 50 employees. During this time, she was in charge of all steps of the value chain, from strategy to assortment design, financials, marketing, recruiting and personnel development. This position gave her a headstart in becoming a consultant, understanding what it takes to meet deadlines, win over and empowers employees – and makes it happen. Pascale´s core competences are in organizational as well as personnel development, change management, conflict management, large scale lay-off preparation and teambuilding, fields in which she keeps up to speed not only through client assignments but also through continuous education.
