Norbert has a wide range of experience in different aspects of designing, leading and supporting organization development. He promoted strategy-, culture- and scenario-processes, as well as projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
He has worked with organizations in the public and the private sectors, e.g. Austrian Trade Union, Austrian Standard Institute, Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research, Kapsch BusinessCom AG, Biogen Idec GesmbH, Österreichische Volksbanken AG. Within culture development processes he led many team training and coaching sessions for executives, frequently with a focus on conflict management. He began his career in the Austrian Nationalbank (ANB) where he headed the Organization Department responsible for the organizational structure and process-development. During this time, as well as his management duties, he led a variety of major organizational projects, the largest being the change-over from ATS to Euro in Austria, which was a vast challenge of security and logistics. In 1999 he started consulting alongside his job in the ANB and in 2003 he became a full-time freelance management consultant. Norbert holds a doctorate in psychology from the Austrian University.
