Nefissa has a wide range of experience in different aspects of designing, leading and supporting organization development. She began her career in the Institute for Quantitative Economy in Tunis where she headed the social studies department.

During this time, as well as her management duties, she led a variety of major nationwide fiscal implementation projects, the largest being the introduction of VAT in Tunisia, which was a vast stakeholder and change management challenge. In 2003 he took responsibility for communication and global event management of the Tunisian Tennis Federation and the design and organization of the worldwide assembly of the International Tennis Federation in 2007. She became a management consultant in 2008. Nefissa holds a master’s degree in economics. Her working languages are Arabic, French, German and English.
