Michael is is an experienced trainer, coach and consultant in the areas of change management, negotiation & conflict resolution, project management and leadership.
He is a Managing Partner of focus change consulting and has been a Partner with Coverdale for 15 years. Michael holds a degree in psychology and has post graduates in OD & PD, as well as Ecology and Systemic Coaching. He has been working with VIG, Böhler Uddeholm / Voest, HQ Trust, T-Systems, HochTief, Wyeth, Open Link, OMV and numerous others.
