Marsha’s focus is leadership development, executive coaching, and complex change management.
She has worked with clients in manufacturing, higher education, government, and non-profit organizations applying whole systems thinking to strategic planning and complex change initiatives, leadership development and coaching, team building and coaching, and conflict management. Some of her clients have included the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Betaseed, Daimler, Department of Defense, Corning, Lousiana State University, Plansee, and World Vision(US). The focus of her work is helping organizations and senior leaders adapt strategically to the demands of a turbulent environment to sustain their organization‘s competitive advantage, remain agile in the face of external opportunities and challenges, and develop their own “best practices”. As an experienced organization development consultant and certified leadership coach, Marsha partners with her clients to help them build their internal capability to perform at increasingly higher levels of performance. Her emphasis is on helping the clients achieve results…increased stakeholder/shareholder satisfaction, benchmarked productivity, and superior financial performance. With over twenty-five years of leadership experience and twenty years of consulting, she has presented nationally and internationally. Marsha has a graduate degree in Organization Development and graduate certificate in group facilitation from Johns Hopkins University, and a graduate certificate in executive coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
