He has a proven ability to design and deliver interactive workshops, high-quality learning programs, change initiatives and compelling events. Marcus holds a Masters of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Berlin, Germany. As a Fulbright Scholar Marcus studied at the University of Maryland, USA MBA Program and is furthermore a certified Systemic Family Therapist. Marcus has lived in South Africa, USA, Tunisia and Germany. His working languages are German and English.
