Marcus develops and directs training programmes in the field of innovation, business-creativity and innovative leadership. He oversees and advises several international projects.

He is also the author of the management book “Top-Management” and of several business articles. Previously, Marcus worked at the Institute for Applied Creativity in Germany, where he was responsible for facilitating training programmes and designing training. He regularly worked with teams and task groups on a variety of professional and developmental issues as well as directed training programmes on leadership, team building, idea management and innovation. Marcus has worked in the field of higher education and innovation consultancy throughout Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. His 10 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies in both training and consulting enables him to connect with clients at all levels. In addition Marcus has worked with a range of leaders, from CEOs, to senior vice presidents, and middle managers. Marcus studied mechanical engineering in Berlin, Germany and holds a master’s degree in Science. He studied business administration at the University of Maryland, USA after winning a Fulbright Fellowship. He also studied Systemic Family Therapy. His working languages are German and English. Additionally, Marcus is Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership, EMEA where he coaches managers and facilitates trainings in the filed of leadership and innovation.
