Laverne Webb has 30 years of experience in management and organizational development in international, governmental, nonprofit and private sector organizations.
She is CEO of EnCompass LLC, management consulting firm based in the Washington, DC, USA area. EnCompass specializes in organization development, management and leadership training, eLearning, and research and evaluation. Through a core staff of 25 professionals and a Global Consulting Network, EnCompass operates globally and has programs focused on health policy, including HIV and AIDS, human rights, education, and agriculture. Ms. Webb leads EnCompass’ leadership and management development programs across several UN agencies, including large, multi-year projects for the UN Secretariat, UN Commission on Human Rights, UN High Commission for Refugees, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development. She also leads a multi-year training program for the US Agency for International Development for headquarters and field operations. EnCompass is an external training and coaching partner for Daimler Corporate Academy’s Seminar for Managers programme. She has a masters in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and has studied Organization Development at Georgetown University.
