Kristina’s focus is mainly set on complex change management projects and the conception and realization of customized trainings. She coaches executives and works with teams to create a high-performance organization.
Kristina has worked with executives at L’Oréal, Central Krankenversicherung, Zurich Versicherung, Aachen Münchner Versicherung, Deutsche Telekom, Lufthansa, TMD Friction and August Brötje. She began her career in the cosmetics industry as Marketing Manager at L’Oréal, Germany. As personnel training & development executive Kristina was then responsible for the complete training offer for 2.500 clients (pharmacies). The interest in personnel as well as organizational development was the reason for her to become an independent management consultant, trainer and coach in 2007. A native German, Kristina holds a master degree in business administration from Münster University in Germany (majors: Marketing and Organization Theory / HR Management) and speaks German, French and English.
