Since 1996 Gudrun is a freelance consultant and trainer for international organizational development and intercultural management.
Her clients are executives and teams from national and international companies of the private industry, Ministries, public administration as well as Non-Governmental organisations (amongst others KfW Bank, ITB AG, Robert Bosch GmbH, German Commision of UNESCO, European School of Management and Technology (ESMT), Baden-Württemberg International, German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) GmbH, InWent, Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) , InWEnt GmbH, World Bank). Before she was working for the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) GmbH as an advisor of complex change-processes in the international development cooperation and stayed 5 years in different African countries like Malawi, Burundi and Ghana. Main focus of her work was the advice of public administrations, country-und local-authorities as well as non-government-organizations (NGO) in order to improve their organization and management-competence. After twenty years working in African countries in the area of the international development cooperation, Gudrun was looking for new challenges in the private industry. Due to her regular stays in India over years, she developed love for the country and its people. She got the opportunity to work as managing director in the field of organisational development and cross-cultural communication for a consulting company Let’s bridge IT that was focused on IT-outsourcing projects to India. She is specialised to assist German companies to extent their business activities (e.g. IT-offshore projects, jointventures, M&A) to India. The consulting services mainly comprises change management processes, intercultural teambuilding, executive coaching and intercultural management.
