As a former world class champion athlete, Frank understands the needs and pressures of top performers in their field.
Frank is a junior consultant with CLP who focuses on intercultural differences and the various aspects of performance psychology of high performers. Having spent several years in Asia, including China and Thailand, Frank understands the challenges brought by diversity. He has a sports background in competitive martial arts and has trained with elite performers in Europe and Asia. Having experienced the pressure of elite performers in the sports field he brings his experience as a former silver medallist and team leader of an international elite athlete team to the table. Noticing the similarities in challenges of elite performers of sports and business world has brought Frank’s interest to organizational consulting, psychology and development. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Cologne focusing on intercultural and organizational management. He has experience with tools such as the MBTI, Big Five, IST-2000 and the Personal Construct Psychology application Sci:Vesco. Other skills include the designs of large group processes such as World Cafe, Future Search, Real Time Strategic Change and Open Space as well as coaching the process of creative writing.
