Angelika has spent the last 16 years as a management trainer, coach and consultant mostly in the international corporate world.
She runs practical hands-on training courses on personal and team leadership, as well as business topics and coaches executives mostly in transition phases. Angelika is also specialized in developing educational simulation games: leadership scenario simulations and board game business simulations. The last 5 years Angelika’s main occupation was the design and execution of strategically integrated development programs for junior and senior executives (long-term programs running over 12 to 18 months). Angelika has worked in various contexts for companies such as Bahn, BMW, Bosch, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Giesecke & Devrient, Hewlett Packard, Linde, Lufthansa, Metro, Oracle, Plansee Group, Rodenstock, Siemens and several Universities. Angelika began her consulting career as a management trainer at Digital Equipment (5 years). Then she started her own business developing board-game business simulations and built up the Success Factory international trainer network. For 12 years Angelika was managing director of the Success Factory, Inc. USA and GmbH Germany leading a team of up to 10 internal employees and 50 external network trainers. Born in Germany, Angelika holds a European MBA from EAP Ecole Européenne des Affaires (Paris, Oxford, Berlin) and speaks German, English, French and a little Italian.
